On LOOKS
this Month: Tips for keeping makeup fresh
|
1. Apply Botanical Shadow Primer to the entire lid before eye makeup application. This product holds the shadow in place all day and makes the pigment of the shadow more intense. |
2. Use brushes to apply cosmetics. Brushes blend much better then sponge applicators or fingers and they are much more sanitary. |
3. Use Cake Eyeliner or Gel Liner instead of eye pencils for dramatic long lasting results. Pencils tend to smear and run when your body temperature increases. |
4. Try Indelible Cream Nude Frost for a touch and go application. These do not crease or run and they act as a perfect base under powder eye shadow. |
5. To set and hold eye brows with a touch of color try Brow Fix. This is easy to use and does not make brows look artificial. |
6. Always apply Loose Powder to set foundation. This product will set the foundation and concealor and prevent shine. |
7. Blush should be applied heavier then needed then blended in with a sponge to tone down and hold in place. |
8. Line lips with Lip Liner then fill in the entire lip with color. This is a perfect way to to give lips a base color that will not come right off. Lip Gloss or Lipstick can be applied right over top of this base. |
9. Dust entire face with Mosaic Powder to blend and color correct. |
| 10. Mist entire face with Finishing Spray to set makeup and add a natural moist glow. |
