Returns
Daniel McFadden proudly stand behind the items offered on our site and your satisfaction is our goal. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one of your selections; we will gladly refund your purchase under the following guidelines:
• Any damaged item claim must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
• Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within five days of the delivery confirmation date.
• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Returned goods are only accepted if returned in the original packaging and are in unused condition.
• A full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & 10% restocking fee, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. Credits will be issued no later than 72 hours after the return delivery confirmation (upon satisfactory inspection of the returned merchandise).
• There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
• Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
• All packages are to be fully insured, as any damage resulting from return transit are the customer’s sole responsibility. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
• We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
• When possible, an item may be exchanged for a different color or size without the assessment of a restocking fee. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not a general rule.
How to Make a Return
1. Place a copy of your original order invoice (emailed to you) with your return.
2. If you do not have a copy of your original invoice, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address, phone number and your order number.
3. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
4. Use the shipping carrier most convenient to you and send all returns to the following address:
